The Lubbock High Westerner football team beat Lamesa last Friday, 61-13, for their first win of the season.  

Lubbock High ended half-time at 21-0 and by the end of the 4th quarter had a total run of 415 yards. The Westerners begin district play next Friday, September 27th at 7:30 pm against Coronado High.
